Irene Jobe Sharpe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Jobe Sharpe of McLeansville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 29, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. Jobe and Ethel Jobe; her husband Dwight; her siblings, Harry Jobe, Edith Bolick, Nellie Mae Key and Annie Alcon; and her grandson Matthew McIntyre.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy McIntyre (Gary) of Gibsonville, Becky Golan (Amir) of Atlanta, GA. and Libby White (Philippe) of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Adam White (Sarah), Ben White (Samantha), Sarah White (Nate) and Susan McBane; and her great grandchildren, Olivia McIntyre, Emily Newton, Evelyn and Ryder White. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church (5120 Burlington Rd, Greensboro, NC 27405).
