He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Wyrick and Pearl Heath Wyrick; his wife Dorothy Jones Wyrick; and his siblings, Junior, Beamon, Barrett Wyrick, Ruby Johnson, Carrie Hetrick, Ardenia Lewis and Jean Myers.

He is survived by: his daughter Donna W. Skeen (Dean); and his siblings, Euless Wyrick (Lavonne) and Shirley Smith.

“MR. D Wyrick was part of our breakfast group every Wednesday morning. He will be greatly miss. We all would joke with him about our aches and pains and say Mr. D you don't have this problem, do you, and he would grin and say no, just take one pill. Sympathy to his family and am so sorry I will not be able to attend his funeral, but do want to let his family know that they are in my prayers for their loss. May God Bless you all, Sara Johnson”
