It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Davis Johnson of McLeansville, North Carolina, born in Opelika, Alabama, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Johnson (Roho); her parents, Arthur Davis and Stella Davis; and her brothers, Leon and Tom Davis.
She is survived by: her children, William Johnson (Donna), Sherry Tolbert (Curtis) of Valley, AL, Marie Johnson of Columbus, GA, Steve Johnson (Tina) of Opelika, AL and Timmy Johnson (Sharon) of McLeansville, NC; her siblings, Mary Kilgore (Jimmy), Mildred Irvin (Lewis), Sarasue Coker (Jerry), Maybelle Davis, James Lee Davis, Jerry Davis (EtterJo) and Joseph Davis (Shelia); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Davis. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
