He is survived by: his mother Kathy Ann Roten Rutherford of North Wilkesboro; his wife Renee Brown Rutherford; his children, Faith Renee Rutherford, Roger Cole Rutherford (Shana) of Wilkesboro and Christian Chad Rutherford (Brittany) of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Emma, Amelia, Denver, Remington, Paisley and Jayden; and his siblings, Anna Davalos-Limon (Augustine) of Seagoville, TX and Rudy Rutherford (Tessie) of Traphill.
