He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hobert Wagoner and Bessie Viola Royal Wagoner; his wife Eula Mae Benge Wagoner; and his sisters, Margie Wagoner and Geneva Wagoner.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Fox (Jessie) of McGrady, Crystal Pierce (Mark) of Booneville and Daniel Wagoner; and his brothers, Spencer Wagoner (Mae) of Mulberry and Marvin Wagoner (Sue) of Mulberry. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
