He was predeceased by: his parents, Montie Stamper and Gladys Wagoner Stamper. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Felts of North Wilkesboro, Teresa Shook (Jimmy Sheets) of Purlear, Kenneth Stamper (Cathy) of McGrady, Gary Stamper (Terry) of Wilkesboro, Dean Stamper (Vera) of North Wilkesboro, Jack Stamper (Donna) of Roaring River and James Stamper (Jennifer) of McGrady. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
