It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lilla Mae Billings Johnson of McGrady, North Carolina, who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Billings and Pearl Hays Billings; and her husband David Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Johnson of McGrady and Mark Johnson (Sherrie Reid) of McGrady; her grandchildren, Rev. Justin Johnson (Sarah) of Elkton, Maryland, Christina Garan (Brandon) of Moravian Falls and Alexandra Johnson of Charlotte; and her great grandchildren, Mark Johnson of Elkton, Hannah Johnson of Elkton, Rebekah Johnson of Elkton and Carter Garan of Moravian Falls.
