She is survived by: her children, David Higgins of Maysville, Gary Russell Higgins of Jacksonville and Sharii Lynne Sutton of Maysville; her sisters, Kazuko Sharp of California and Mitchiko Suzuki of Japan; and her grandchildren, Amelia, Michael, Amanda, Nathan and Nolan.
