We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2021, at the age of 71, William Corbett Mathes (Maysville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Mathes and Maureen Mathes of Portstewart. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Bridges) of New Bern; his sister-in-law Marie Bridges of Lindenhurst, NY; and his aunts, Jessica and Darlene Mathes of Jefferson City.

Due to Covid, a remembrance will take place at a later date.
