She was predeceased by: her mother Martha Oxendine; her siblings, James Hammonds, Melton Oxendine, Ralph Percell Hammonds and Cletas Dulla; and her granddaughter Brittany Harris.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lee Parker Sr. of Maysville; her children, Jerry Lee Parker Jr. of Maysville and Tammy Harraden (Ed) of New Bern; her sister Vonnie Matthews of Louisiana; her grandchildren, Jeffery Harris and Sabrina Marie Parker; and her great grandchild Aiden James Amburgey.
