He is survived by: his children, Casey Horne (Elizabeth Peterson) of Hubert, Zachary Horne of Maysville and Courtney Horne of Maysville; his mother Marilyn Horne of Maysville; his siblings, Wade Horne of Arizona and Sheila "Lisa" Gawlowski (Rick) of Maysville; and his grandchildren, Carter, Kasen, Kaegan, Caden, Kenna and Greylyn.
