He is survived by: his wife Anne Meadows; his children, Todd Meadows (Sheila) of Maysville, Heidi Meadows Freeman of Jacksonville and Gigi Dumas of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Megan Batchelor (Ryan), Charlie Todd Meadows, Erica Jones (Matthew), Claude "Buddy" Brantley IV, Jesse Spivey (Caitlin), Michael Dumas, Nadia Dumas and Caitlin Sabadish; his great grandchildren, Elijah Brantley, Hunter Jones, McKynleigh Spivey, Wyatt Batchelor and Lawson Spivey; his siblings, Joe Meadows, Kathleen Ketchum, Mary Ross, Carolyn Mercer, Deborah Ketchum, Judy Meadows and Ada Meadows; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth "Libby" Steele.
