He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Banks; his children, Robert P. Banks III of Maysville, David B. Banks of Jacksonville and Gina Banks of Hubert; his stepmother Dorothy Banks of Maysville; and his siblings, Floyd Banks (Debbie) of Maysville, Keith Banks of Maysville and Cheryl Walton (Jim) of Maysville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
