He is survived by: his mother Angela Smith (Cannoy); his stepfather James Smith of Mosheim, TN; his grandfather Charles Cannoy of Conowingo, MD; his children, Kendall Lynn Wheeler of Colora, MD and Robert Allen Wheeler III of Cape Coral, FL; his siblings, Mark Wheeler of Chuckey, TN, Tyler Sweat of Mohawk, TN, Andrew Sweat of New Bern, NC, Bobby Smith of Mosheim, TN, Aimee Wheeler and Brandin Wheeler; his stepsisters, Bethany Smith of Drumore, PA and Tiffany Smith of Mosheim, TN; his nieces and nephews, Lily Sweat of Mohawk, TN, Hannah Roop of Greeneville, TN, Delkota Baker of Mosheim, TN, Logan Bard of Drumore, PA and Collin Smith of Drumore, PA; his stepfather Randy Sweat of New Bern, NC; and his close friend Doug Emerson. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
