We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2019, at the age of 87, Mary Gerock Barrow (Maysville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John E. "Ed" Barrow; her children, John Jr. and Mary Beth (Scott); her grandson Jake of Wilmington, N. C.; and her siblings, Thelma Williams of Kinston, N. C. and Henry W. Gerock of New Bern, N. C.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mary's memory to New Hope Friends Church, 4451 U.S. 70 East, Goldsboro, N.C. 27534.
