She is survived by: her sons, Sam Epperson Jr. (Suzie) and Greg Epperson (Lynne); her siblings-in-law, Jerry Jacobs (Phyllis), Kathy Darling (Leroy) and Margaret Lewis; and her caregivers, Sandy Dodd, Bridget Edwards, Nancy Jones, Leroy Darling, Jody Smith and Cindy Smith. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
