He was predeceased by: his father Luvie James Highsmith. He is survived by: his mother Pearlie Mae Highsmith; his siblings, Sharon Highsmith and Kenny Highsmith; his sister-in-law Teresa Highsmith; his nieces, Crystal Frawley, April Adams, Erica Anderson and Amy Price; and his nephew Chris Highsmith. He is also survived by his great-niece and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his honor to the Colonial Capital Humane Society.
