She was predeceased by: her husband Zeb Vance Riggs, Sr.; her grandson Rudy Simeone, Jr.; her siblings, Hallie Batchelor, Estelle Morton, David Evans and Percy Evans; and her daughter-in-law Sandra Bartlett Riggs.
She is survived by: her children, Zeb Riggs (Gloria) of The Villages, FL, Audrey Hart (Bryan) of Troy, AL, Glenda Barton (Glen) of Winterville, Debbie Fitzgerald (Bill) of Swansboro, Janet Simeone (Rudy) of Maysville and Sandy Phillips (Clyde) of Swansboro; and her sister Ruby Williams of Jacksonville. She is also survived by grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many special nieces and nephews.
