She was predeceased by: her parents, David Raymond Smith and Jennie Phillips Smith. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Jeffrey "Jeff" Thomas; her son Cecil Jeffrey "Jeff" Thomas, Jr. of Newport; and her brother David R. Smith, Jr..
