He is survived by: his wife Juanita Swaringen Howard; his children, Patsy Howard Eubanks, Teresa Howard, Julian Lynn Howard Jr. (Terri) and Sandra Howard Howell (Chris); and his brother Garland Howard (Audrey). He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, Grand Children and Great Grand children.
