He is survived by: his wife Teresa Burch White of Maysville; his children, Jeremy W. White of Burgaw, Nicholas K. Sweet of Minnesota, Amy D. Sweet of Newport, Kimberley Jo Whaley of Richlands and Brandy M. White of Half Moon; and his siblings, John White of Texas, Elton White of Maysville, Douglas White of Maysville and Cheryl Smith of Maysville. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
