He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Joyce Sutton; and his siblings, John Franklin Sutton and Christine Whaley. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Jean Jones (Dennis) of Maysville, David Leroy Sutton (Carla) of New Bern and Janice Marie Gurganus (Travis) of Maysville.
