He is survived by: his wife Mary Lowery; his son Frankie Lowery Jr. (Nicole) of Maysville; his siblings, Pete Lowery (Betty) of Jacksonville, Eddie Lowery (Brenda) of Maysville, Patricia Humphrey (Herbie) of Maysville, Dollie Lowery of Jacksonville, Shelby Cole (Greg) of Jacksonville, Sheila Ketchum (Eddie) of Jacksonville and Jennipher Lowery of Jacksonville; and his grandsons, Levi and Liam.
