He is survived by: his daughter Gracie; his parents, Joe White Sr. and Sarah White; his wife Brenda; his siblings, John White (Debbie) of New Braunfels, TX, Douglas White (Patty) of Maysville, NC and Cheryl Smith (Smitty) of Maysville, NC; his parents-in-law, Buck and Mary Morton of Maysville, NC; his siblings-in-law, Rusty Morton (Lula) of Maysville, NC, Linda Melville of Maysville, NC and Debbie Harper (Chris) of Jacksonville, NC; and his pet Winnie Pooh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
