She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Banks Sr.; her son Kenneth Earl Riggs Jr.; her stepsons, Bobby Banks Jr. and Jerry Davis; her parents, Lam Wiggins and Myrtle Wiggins; and her brothers, Wilbur Wiggins Sr., Eurvin Patrick "Pat" Wiggins, Donald Wiggins, Nathan Wiggins and Ivey Wiggins.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Floyd Banks (Debbie) of Maysville, Keith Banks of Maysville and Sherri Walton (Jim) of Maysville; her daughters-in-law, Donna Riggs of Jacksonville and Bonnie Banks of Maysville; her siblings, William "Bill" Wiggins (Lucille) of Maysville, Johnny Wiggins (Ann) of Angier, NC, Rodney Wiggins of Pink Hill, Jerry Wiggins (Sandra) of Maysville and Linda Edwards (Hardy) of Burgaw; and her granddaughter Lauren Riggs of Wilmington. She is also survived by one great-grandson; 8 step grandchildren; 11 step great-grandchildren and 2 step great-great grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's memory to Grants Creek Baptist Church.
