She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hiram Toler and Etta Mae Jenkins; and her siblings, Robert Toler, Johnny Toler and Rosa Lee Toler Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie Jones of Maysville; her son Bill Kellum (Ann) of Boynton Beach, FL; her stepson Chris Jones of Asheville, NC; and her siblings, Lewis Toler of Hookerton, NC, Edna Miller of Comfort and Mary Collins of Maysville. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Per family request, all those in attendance please wear a mask.
