With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Allen Bertram of Maysville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 14, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his son Doug Becker of Vanceboro; his mother Leora Jane Smith Bertram of Jacksonville; his siblings, James Archie Bertram of Haws Run, Major Lee Rhodes of Haws Run and Oneida Keaffaber of Fayetteville; and his grandson Jonathan Becker of Vanceboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kahlert Funerals to assist with final expenses.
