He is survived by: his wife Casey Henderson; and his children, Claude Bryan Henderson Jr. (Winnie) of Maysville and Myra Jo Mash (Don) of Maple Hill. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made in Claude's memory to the Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 219 Maysville, North Carolina 28555.
