He is survived by: his children, James Leslie (Nubia) of Maysville, NC, Allison Lucas (Craig) of Oklahoma and Maria Carlson (Clint) of Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Ariana, Jason and Chris. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
