It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Monroe Riggs of Maysville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jesse Riggs and Hazel Marie Jenkins Riggs; and his sister Diane Hargrove (Elizabeth Riggs). He is survived by: his siblings, Samuel James Riggs of Maysville, Annie Meadows (Milton) of Maysville, Mary Lowery of Maysville, Judy Futrelle (Wade) of Maysville and Jessie Marie Deglau (James) of Maysville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
