She was predeceased by: her parents, Cero Smith and Mary Sue Throckmorton Smith; her husband Leslie Bullins; her daughter Vickie Corns; and her siblings, Alma Bullins, Bobby, Leslie, Cero, Jerry, Donald and Roger Dale Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Jeffrey Bullins, Sr., Phyllis Lee, Debbie Mills, Veranda Griffin and Cheryl Rene Bullins; her siblings, Guy Smith and Linda Smith; her grandchildren, Kevin Lee, Randall Corns, Charles Jeffrey Bullins Jr, Leslie Ann Bullins and Jami Leigh Bullins; and her great grandchildren, Summer Corns, Dylan Corns, Evan Corns, Lexi Bullins and Austin Lee Cardwell.
