He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Case and Lucy Case; and his brothers, Paul Jr., Raymond, David and James "Bubba" Case.

He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Terri Lawson (Steve) of Madison, Thom Case (Jane) of Brentwood and Randy Case of Oak Island, N. C.; his siblings, Howard Case of Madison, Mabel Frye of Mayodan and Viola Westler of Redding; his grandchildren, Jodie Travis, Chris Lawson (Cris), Kevin Lawson, Justin Case (Eileen), Murphy Case and Jesse Case; and his great grandchildren, Amber Travis, Makayla Moore, Jayden Lawson, Ethan and Olivia Case.

Memorial contributions may be made to Gideons International or to Mayodan First Baptist Church in Mayodan.
