With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald Lee Joyce (Mayodan, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 19, 2024 at the age of 61. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leroy Joyce and Carol Trujillo. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Joyce, Kimberly Anderson (Josh), Joseph Purdy, Christopher Purdy (Brittanie) and Morgan Purdy; his grandchildren, Tevin Price, Brayden Joyce, Declan Purdy and Baby Boy Purdy; his siblings, Sheila Joyce, Timmy Joyce (Tonya), Shay Purgason (Andy) and Darrin Joyce (Tessa); his nieces, Shana Allen and Tabriel Joyce; and his nephew Troy Joyce (Laura Purdy).
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mayodan Municipal Cemetery. A reception was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM.
