He is survived by: his parents, Peggy Smith Adams and Oscar Daryl Adams; his sister Samantha Jane Adams; his nieces, Avah Adams and Ariyah Jumper; his girlfriend Angela Shankle; his grandmother Lorene Mabe Smith Stewart; his uncles, Mike (Linda Smith), Kent (Trish Jamie), Gary (Susie Smith), Roy (Donna Lawrence) and Mark (Stephanie Smith); his aunt Laura Hopper; and his cousins, Candice Nelson, Shannon Graham, Danielle Crow, Hannah Jamie, Cuff Hopper, IV, Colby Hopper, Daniel Smith, Kassie Smith, Caleb Smith, Caitlin Smith and Matthew Smith. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
