He was predeceased by: his parents, Earlie Edgar and Nina Smith Bottoms; and his siblings, Martha Bottoms Tilley and Taylor Bottoms. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Richardson Bottoms; his children, Cathy Cardwell (Doug), Mike Bottoms (Beth) and Jeff Bottoms; his grandchildren, Michelle Cardwell Casto (Bob), William Bottoms (Chad Greene), Christopher Bottoms (Jessica) and Devin Bottoms; his great grandchild Anna Casto; his brothers, Mack Bottoms (Lou) and Bill Bottoms (Faye); and his sister-in-law Wenoka Richardson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
