It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Chambers Saunders of Mayodan, North Carolina, born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Berkley Chambers and Lovine Morris Saunders; and her sister Nellie Gray Shelton. She is survived by: her husband Larry Wayne Saunders; her children, Larry Wayne Saunders, II (Angie Shelton) and Lisa Saunders Rodgers (Mark); her grandchildren, Jordan Rodgers, Larry Wayne Saunders, III and Natalie Rodgers; and her brother Tommy Chambers.
Social distancing guidelines will be observed and face coverings are encouraged.
