She is survived by: her parents, Everett "Mope" Smith and Cynthia Fulcher Smith of Mayodan; her brother Patrick Smith (Jessica) of Stoneville; her uncles, Doug Fulcher (Barbara) of Murrells Inlet, Glenn Smith of Thomasville and Phillip Smith (Bonnie) of Mayodan; her aunt Vanessa Phillips of Trinity; her nephews, Triton, Claxton and Sladen; and her niece Moxlon Smith.
