It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Raymond Hagan Sr. of Mayodan, North Carolina, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Isadore Hagan and Margaret Newton Hagan of Holy Cross, KY; and his siblings, Randall, Freddy and Kathleen.
He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Ann Hagan; his children, Patricia Trent, Charles Hagan, Jr. (Susan), Jeffrey S. Hagan (Heather), Shannon Phillips (Wendy) and Brandon Slaydon (Jackie); his grandchildren, Ryan (Brittany), Kaley, Tenesia, Brianna (Nick), Tara Ann and Tristen; his great grandchild Autumn; and his siblings, Leroy, Freeman, Raffo, Louis, Carolyn Salsman, Lorrene Wheatly, Janette Riggs, Mary Ann Haydon, Bernice Cecil, Doris Flanigan, Joan Cahoe, Michelle Hagan and Lisa Davis.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025).
