Carter (Valerie) of Red Springs; and his siblings, Cynthia Philips of Maxton, NC, Danita Locklear (Harlie) of Maxton, NC, Larry Locklear (Kay) of Maxton, NC and Dewey Locklear of Maxton, NC. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
