He is survived by: his children, Perry Locklear (Shondale) and Cheryl Cummings (Gregory); his grandchildren, Joshua Greg Cummings and Niya Jade Locklear; and his siblings, Bradford Locklear (Buddy Roll), Carl Locklear, Calvin Locklear, Bracy Locklear and Lorraine Locklear.
