He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Clark Jr. and Illa Mae Jones Clark; his brother Thomas Ray Clark; and his daughters, Tolla Clark, Tasha Clark and Tenya Clark.
He is survived by: his sons, Tolbert Clark Jr. of Maxton, Dustin Clark of Prospect and Quinton Clark (Jennifer) of New York; and his siblings, Ronald Clark (Wanda) of Maxton, Delton Clark (Carrie) of Maxton, Gennette Locklear (James) of Red Springs, Carol Emanuel (Jerry) of Maxton and Ruby Dial (Doug) of Maxton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (812 S Main St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Maxton First Assembly of God (1033 Old Red Springs Rd, Maxton, NC 28364).
