He is survived by: his wife Erica Lynn Locklear; his children, Laiken Locklear, Kieren Locklear and Zadie Locklear; his mother Carol Ann Locklear of Lumberton; his brother Justin Locklear of Lumberton; his parents-in-law, Allen and Faye Strickland of Maxton; his sisters-in-law, Allyson Strickland of Maxton and Jessica Strickland of Pembroke; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan Steen, Paisley Steen, Asa Steen, Madison Jacobs and Chaselon Jacobs. He is also survived by friends, nieces and nephews.
