He was predeceased by: his father Robert Clinton Locklear. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Ann Jones Locklear; his children, Logan Wyatt Locklear of High Point, Austin Lee Elliott of Wagram, Joseph "Tyler" Knight of Wagram and MacKenzie Elizabeth Locklear; his sister Nicole Ransom (Raven) of Maxton; the mothers of children, Jonna Rose Locklear and Sandra Elliott Locklear; and his close friend Micah "Bubba" Smiling (Ryan Smiling). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
