He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mable Sanderson, Virginia Compton, Nancy Locklear, Ethel Lee Cummings, Erma Tenssin, Lessie Locklear, Bill Bryant, Henry Bryant and Bradford Bryant; and his son-in-law Teddy Locklear.
He is survived by: his wife Lula Bryant; his children, Connie B. Boutselis (Chris) of Maxton, Paul Bryant (Katrina) of Maxton, Tammy Woods (Brian) of Aberdeen and Justin D. Bryant (Courtney) of Vass; his brothers, Willie F. Bryant, Jr. of Maxton and Palmer R. Bryant of Prospect; and his friend Curmit Davis (Mary). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
