He is survived by: his mother Marcie Lee Smith of Maxton; his close friend Valerie Phillips of Maxton; his daughters, Ashley Locklear of Red Springs and Mariah Bullard of Red Springs; his sister Jennifer Brewer (Michael) of Red Springs; and his grandchildren, Deon Black, Laydon Locklear, Kayley Campbell, Ansenio Campbell, Jr. and Terry Scott of Red Springs. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
