He is survived by: his wife Windola Clark Bullard; his sons, Tony Bullard (Cora) of Maxton and Timmy Bullard (Crystal) of Maxton; his grandchildren, Candice Locklear (Michael), Sydney Bullard, Anthony Bullard (Kierra), Sophia Bullard and Gabriella Bullard; his great grandchildren, Easton Locklear, Owen Locklear and Sutton Bullard; and his sisters, Annie Ruth Locklear and Judy Dial. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
