He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Scott; his mother Evelyn Scott; his children, Travis Scott and Amber Hernandez (Luis); his siblings, Reginald Scott (Debbie), Gary Scott, Timothy Scott, Stephen Scott and Nancy Faulk (Ronald); his stepchildren, Angelina Phillips (Shawn) and Fredrick Locklear (Nancy); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kayla, Eddie Rivera, Kendrick Locklear and Shawn Phillips Shanita (Taylor). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews as well as relatives and friends.
