She was predeceased by: her father Reese Warwick. She is survived by: her mother Ellen Deese Warwick; her husband Jackie; her children, Jessica of Orlando, Paige and Brad; and her sister Tiffany. She is also survived by her mother, all of Pembroke, N. C.; 7 grandchildren, a nephew, and a host of relatives and friends.
