He is survived by: his children, Nelson Locklear Jr. (Fedria), Gary Dewayne Locklear, Dewayne Nelson Locklear, Juanita Rogers (Chris), Laronda Michelle Warriax, Danielle Locklear and Sabrina Clark (Brantley); his siblings, Harrison Locklear, Orson Locklear, Gregory Locklear, Milton Locklear, Melton Locklear, Phyllis Revels, Cassandra Locklear, Jamie Joan Locklear, Donetta Locklear, Vanessa Locklear, Gladys Locklear, Mattie Bell Locklear, Cathy Locklear Jones and Karen Watson; his grandchildren, Sequoya, Damien, Raymanda, Triston, Hampton, Felicia, Santanna, Gabriel, Trisa, Heaven, Haven, Kayla and Blake; and his niece Lakisha Locklear.
