She is survived by: her grandchildren, Rex Allen Lowery Jr. (Heather), Lisa Kay Cummings (James), Crystal Gail Locklear, Earl Lee Locklear and Kayla Locklear; her daughter-in-law Susan Faye Lowery; and her friends, Gail Oxendine, Susan Oxendine and Dale Lowery. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
